A vigneron who decided to invest in the heart of the "terra del negroamaro"
Dario Stefàno, a native of Puglia, has given life to a rosé, Tacco Rosa, which tells the story of his territory and preserves all the characteristics of an irresistible vine for those who love wine and its culture.
The production area is developed using the typical Apulian "alberello" vines, an ancient tradition that still defines the sunny agricultural landscape of this area of the Salento peninsula and that is a fundamental technique for being able to extract all the nourishment from the hard and thirsty land of Salento. A "tacco" (heel) protruding into the sea and delineated by orderly low rows of grapevines, shaped by skilled hands. The cooperative winery that welcomes it, where it is bottled at the source, is one of the most innovative in the nation. We are in Puglia. In Salento. The heart of the land of Negroamaro and the queen land of rosés. Tacco Rosa, queen of the queens.
